“Thankfully, nothing was harmed,” the owner of the house, which was advertised on Zillow for $7,950,000 before it became the location of an illegal house party last Friday, told Fox News Digital. “Our rugs had some foot traffic, but we had them cleaned yesterday.”

The five-bedroom, eight-bathroom WaterColor home has a high-tech cinema room with a wet bar, an elevator, and an infinity-edge pool with views of Western Lake.

Photos shared on Snapchat, Instagram, and TikTok show the trespassers having a good time on the enormous 6,442 acre property.

Two of the intruders sat in the theater room’s leather recliners, one of whom was photographed blowing on a cigar.

“This is certainly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity,” stated Brad Dahler, Berkshire Hathaway listing agent for 107 Blackwater Street. “This mansion offers a magnificent lifestyle with every desirable feature imaginable, nestled amid the tranquil banks of a lake.”

The owners, a stay-at-home mom and an oil executive, were out of town when the locks on the glass and wood folding doors that lead to the backyard and a beautiful view of the lake were forced open.

According to Walton County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Corey Dobridnia, the 11-foot-tall mahogany front door was then opened to let in a swarm of high school revelers. She stated that while no arrests have been made, major suspects have been identified.

The trespassers held an impromptu boxing contest in the area in front of the front entrance, then broadcast video of the fight on social media.

Uninvited guests drank thousands of dollars in wine and spirits, including a $1,500 bottle of champagne, and stole a $3,500 Yves Saint Laurent pocketbook and a football signed by former Indianapolis Colts quarterback Peyton Manning.

Despite the fact that the house has an alarm system and the community has 24-hour security, police were only called after a noise complaint. According to the sheriff’s office, the party was advertised on social media five days before the break-in.

The contemporary coastal home, designed by Savoie Architects, boasts German Poggenpohl floor-to-ceiling cabinetry in the kitchen, a quartz waterfall island and a three-story staircase.

“The spectacular stairwell with stainless steel handrails and back-lit risers that shine under a custom 30-foot glass chandelier is one of my favorite design aspects,” Dahler remarked.

The owners stated they love the location, but they are in the process of building another house nearby. “We’ve been there for five years and have loved every minute of it,” said the mother of four to Fox News Digital.
